My Favorite Stretch for Neck Pain

Often when the back of my neck gets really sore, it is because the front of my neck is tight. So I will stretch the front of my neck to help take some of the pressure of the muscles at the back. I've found for me, it's best to stretch it a little less far than I think I need to, else it will hurt the next

day.
