My Favorite Stretch For Upper Back Pain

Often I find that if my upper back is hurting, its because my Pectoralis muscles (or the muscles on the front of the chest) are closed in or pulling forewarn. For me, opening the chest first has helped my shoulders to relax down, because they don't have to work as hard to keep me upright. This is my favorite way to stretch the front of my chest.
